AUTHENTIC COMMUNICATION DEVELOPMENT FOR LEADERS

During a 45-minute keynote, Shaan Rais will deliver a compelling call to action for senior leaders and executives. In this unpredictable climate, leaders must communicate with 100 percent authenticity. Boilerplate responses and memorized copy and paste press releases will not work.

During the first 15 minutes, Shaan Rais will captivate the audience with vivid details of what authenticity is and how it translates into effective communication in the workplace, illustrating examples of success and failure. Rapport is established as the audience laughs, relates, and learns. 

 

The second keynote segment will allocate time to each leader's personal branding. Many leaders are under the assumption that authenticity exists separate from their true identity and only outside of their organizations. Nothing could be further from the truth. The more we bring ourselves into the workspace, the more authentic we are in deeds and actions. When our direct reports search for inconsistencies, none are found.

Authenticity reduces feelings of inadequacy that lead to undue stress and cognitive dissonance associated with leaving one's true self behind.

Organizational citizenship and loyalty are established when people are comfortable in their skin organization, experience lower attrition, heightened retention, and a solid corporate culture—one where diversity, equity, and inclusion are present throughout all levels of the organization.


In the last 15-minute segment of the keynote, Shaan will deliver an accountability call to action using his signature Authenticity Development Strategic Action Plan. This ADSAP will identify challenges and encourage attendees to set goals/objectives and completion dates. Through the ADSAP, leaders will identify three areas that prohibit authentic communication and create a plan to rectify these areas. The organization is encouraged to use ADSAP to strengthen communication. If necessary, Shaan is available for ongoing professional development.

Leadership Development Expert and Industrial and Organizational Psychologist Shaan Rais is a Professional Speaker and Branding Strategist with a Master’s Degree in Evidence-Based Coaching and Organizational Development and Change; Shaan is currently working on two Doctorates, one in Organizational Development and Change and the second in Leadership for Change.

 

He is also a successful Entrepreneur and a 2X International Best Selling Author. He leads a phenomenal group of professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs, The Leadership Leverage Executive Coaching Community. He coaches and has been certified in multiple disciplines such as Evidence Based Coaching, Closing High-End Sales, Organizational Consulting, and Personal and Professional Branding.

Shaan is an active member of SIOP, SHRM, ATD, NSLS, and other professional and academic societies. Also, an active Alumni of Purdue & Walden Universities, currently enrolled in Fielding Graduate University, the ONLY higher educational institute accredited by the APA, and a leader in Leadership, Business Consulting, ICF Accredited Evidence Based Coaching, and Organizational Development in the world.
